About Carter Hick

Let me focus on your injury claim so you can focus on your recovery.

A little more about me, Carter Hick.

I focus my practice on Personal Injury and Civil Rights. This means that I get involved in cases where injured or otherwise damaged people bring reimbursement claims that will ultimately be paid for by insurance companies. To be very clear, I represent the people during this process, not the insurance companies.

I began my career at the Washington state Office of the Attorney General, Labor and Industries Division. After that, I went to a local firm where I practiced for 9.5 years, the last 3.5 years as a partner. I am licensed to practice in the Washington state courts, the federal courts for the Western District of Washington, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In my free time, I'm most likely outside. I enjoy creating art, working on my home/yard, riding my bike, surfing the Washington or Oregon coasts and hiking in the Olympic or Cascade mountains. As an avid cyclist, I am always interested in advocating for fellow cyclists.

If you want help with your case, I hope you contact me. I am happy to speak with you over the telephone or in person. There is no charge for the initial consultation. Just give me a call or send a message through the "Contact" page.

Thanks for visiting the website!

Sincerely,

Carter Hick, Attorney at Law
