As mentioned previously, Carter was appointed to serve on the Olympia Historical Society and Bigelow House Museum's Board. More recently he was appointed to serve on the Board of the Washington Courts Historical Society (WCHS, http://wacourthistory.org). The WCHS is another outstanding organization with great people and a wonderful mission. Carter is very pleased to now serve on both Boards and looks forward to learning more about his local community and state.
